GM Assistant
Job De****ion:
1. To assist GM in building strategic business plan, maintain existing clients and the development of new clients.
2. To assist GM in managing or coordinating between departments / divisions on business projects.
3. To analyze the business performance of departments / divisions on a monthly basis. To manage the secretarial activities, which includes schedule planning, minutes and organizing clients’ visits?
4. To consolidate merchandising divisions’ reports and market updates to meet deadlines set by upper management.
Job Requirements:
1. University degree, preferably in business or marketing studies.
2. At least 5 years of related work experience, preferably in the sourcing or trading industry.
3. Good analytical skill and with commercial mind.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong verbal and written English ability.
