職位描述
渠道經理崗位職責:
1. 策略:制定渠道策略和指標
Channel Strategy:Define the channel sales strategy and budget
2. 目標:確保渠道指標按時完成
Targets:Ensure targets achieved for channels.
3. 溝通:協調不同分銷商之間因項目等存在的問題
Negotiations:Contributes to coordinate difference channels in critical case.
4. 合作伙伴:參與關于、評估授權項目合作伙伴,并制定年度績效考核體系
Partners:Participates with management to identify, ****uate, and authorize channel partners. Manages annual performance assessment activities for channel partners.
5. 發展:積極配合分銷商、合作伙伴參與市場的拓展,加強渠道/合作伙伴的交流、溝通和培訓發展
Promotion: Coordinates sales and marketing efforts that require channel partner participation. Assures the communication, promotion and training activities in the channel.
6. 分析:為管理層和客戶提供及時準確的渠道統計和分析數據,以便確定具體的行動計劃和政策
Analysis: Collect market analysis, market segmentation, demand creation and cost structures to management, give support for yearly policy or **** plan.
7. 協調:與JV共同關注重要客戶,并提供相應的行動計劃/策略供管理層決策。
Coordinate: Focus on key customer with FES and set incentive plan to management for final dicision.
