職位描述
銷售工程師任職要求:
1、5年以上沖壓行業的銷售經驗,汽車沖壓行業優先
2、具有良好的客戶溝通和交際能力
3、具有開發新客戶能力和一定優質的客戶資源
4、精通一門外語,英語優先、日語其次
銷售工程師崗位職責:
a. 收集市場信息,開發符合公司目標市場定位戰略的新客戶和項目;
Collect market information, explore new customers&programs per companys target marketing strategies
b. 根據公司流程及客戶要求按時處理新客戶的詢報價及打樣;負責和客戶商務談判和落實合同;
Lead to handle with customers RFQs and making samples per proceduresResponsible for negotiation and finalization of contracts with customers.
c. 處理解決和客戶的商務問題(如付款條件、價格調整等)
Negotiate with customer for commercial issues (price adjustment,payment terms etc.)
d. 支持完成團隊的銷售額目標,必要時,協助跟進應收貨款;
Support the whole team to achieve sales target, when necessary, to follow up receivable account
e. 客戶管理,包括建立客戶檔案,安排客戶來訪事宜、企業展示,市場報告,積極與客戶溝通,了解客戶面臨的問題并幫助他們解決問題,提高客戶滿意度。
To undertake key account management of a specified number of accounts, including visits, presentations,drafting market reports, work with Management to maximise sales opportunities and customer satisf****, understanding the problem that customer is facing and help them to resolve or facilitate.
f. 日常客戶拜訪及關系維護。持續市場調查,了解潛在競爭對手情況,提高自身的競爭力;
Regular customer visits and relationship maintenance;Conduct market survey, get to know potential competitors and make analysis, so that to improve own competitiveness.
g. 銷售經理分配的其他工作任務;
Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.
