職位描述
1.Develop and manage relationship with KOLs and conduct KOL activities:
? Provide KOLs professional support on product information and disease state, including scientific data (including health economics data etc.) , meeting abstracts and professional literature
? Proactive discussions on-label and reactive discussions for unsolicited questions with compliance
2.Track and analyze targeting KOLs advocacy, contribution and publication status, working closely with business partners to establish 1st-tier and 2nd-tier KOL pool in the individual region, draft KOL management strategy and engagement plan
3. Inter**** with medical societies and advisory boards:
Answer medical / scientific queries of medical societies with regards to DSPC products organize / support / participate in advisory boards and round-table discussions to build KOL advocacy (including agenda development, scientific materials preparation, presentation communication)
4. As medical speaker to present at company/society sponsored activities for up-to-date scientific and clinical information on DSPC product
5. Participation in congresses and conventions:
Use congresses and conventions to network with KOLs, establish new contacts, gather competitive intelligence, up-date stakeholders accordingly and booth support
6. Clinical trials and PMS support, including company sponsored, IIT program etc., collect HCP’s insights on IIT and feed back to medical affairs advisor facilitate submission of IIT proposal, communicate and track the study progress and completion
7. Sales force training:
? Organize face to face meeting or Webex meeting to update medical information to improve sale team’s medical ability
? Present at POA and regional sales meetings for medical information
? Provide assistance to MA on training to commercial colleagues on disease states, medicines or other areas of interest as required
8. Participate in brand team activities to provide medical input
