基本要求 優秀的內,外部客戶交流,溝通技能注重細節能夠不斷改進工作業績大專或以上學歷,財會專業持有會計上崗證 至少有一年出納工作經驗極具責任心、具有團隊合作精神,謹慎細心,積極主動良好的英語及中文口語表達能力主要工作職責1. 日常工作部分: 總出納保證有效的現金收支流程正確及時地開出發票或收據正確及時地開具銀行貸記憑證或支票編制備用金補足表和負責備用金的周轉記錄每天的現金交易,保證現金日記賬的準確性和及時性,確保每天的實際現金余額與系統中的余額相符負責將大堂,前臺每天收到的現金集中,與收據核對無誤,存入銀行,登記入帳根據公司的政策,為內部和外部客戶提供優質服務按照公司內控的要求,協助每個月的月末現金盤點和月中抽查盤點等2.協助上級主管改進日常工作協助主管 加強應付帳的日常工作特別是付款申請描述規范化及后續工作協助主管加強應收帳工作特別是賬齡比較長的欠款的催收協助主管完成預算/現金流預測等工作3.積極完成直接主管或上一級主管下達的其它隨機任務并交付期望的任務完成結果Essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with external and internal customersAttention to detailsAble to make quality service improvementCollege or above with major in accounting / finance Authorized accounting certificate Minimum of 1 year experience as CashierStrong sense of responsibility, team-player,Detail-oriented, proactiveGood command of oral English & ChineseKey Job Tasks Performed1. Daily Operation: General CashierMaintain effective cash-in & cash – out processIssue tax invoice or receipt accuracy & timelyPrepare bank remittance accuracy & timelyPrepare petty cash replenishment form and responsible for petty cash turnoverRecord all cash transaction, maintain daily cash book accuracy & timely, ensure day to day cash balance in line with the system record.Responsible for collecting all cash-in from Lobby & reception desk, reconcile with the receipt, deposit to the bank, record in system.Provide quality service to internal & external customer in accordance with the company policyCompliance with company internal control procedure by assisting in month-end cash count & surprise cash count, etc.2. Assist Supervisor to improve daily operationWork with Supervisor to improve AP daily work especially for payment description standardization & follow upAssist Supervisor to improve AR daily work especially for long-aged outstanding collection Assist Supervisor for budgeting / cash-flow forecast preparation3. Taking ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct or indirect supervisors and deliver results as expected.
