Roles and Responsibilities -
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM)
DoubleClick Search (DS)
Doubleclick Bid Manager (DBM).
Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to front line General Support and DoubleClick Platforms Product Ad Solutions Consultants (ASCs) /
Platforms Specialists (PS) / Global Support / Account Managers (AMs).
Provide product, troubleshooting & workflow guidance and training to newly hired DCM/DS/DBM support teams in China
Provide two-way communication and collaboration on monthly product release cycles and customer-centric product development
Collaborate with AMER/EMEA/APAC teams
Serve as point of contact for projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience (CSAT, FRT, TRT, & FCR performance more than the
these SLA targets) and internal operational effectiveness (process streamlining, reducing support team dependency on Global Support by reducing number
consults, developing training & support documentation, quality assurance and productivity improvement)
Work on internal product initiatives like process automation, product improvement suggestion development etc. under Google’s direction.
Preferred Education - Bachelor’s degree required: B Tech, BCA or BSc comp
Experience - At least 1 year experience in online advertising/media domain, preferred 2 years experience for foundation/first batch at MSP
Skills -
Experience working in a client-facing technical service environment, preferably supporting web-based products.
Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
Strong collaboration, leadership, organization and the ability to work well in teams are required.
Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills are a must for this role.
Ability to go beyond help center articles and understand the technical system to resolve client queries.

Understanding of web technologies, i.e. browsers, HTTP, HTML, web servers.
Understanding of RTB & Programmatic buying
Understanding of Ad Serving
