職位描述
Responsibilities:
- Support quality assurance, process and equipment qualifications and environmental control activities by executing and reporting specified physical, chemical and reliability tests
- Support operation daily smoothly running at Laboratory area
- Overall Laboratory owner at Chongqing site
- Assure lab KPI delivered by daily smoothly running with required service
- Monitor, measure and improve the performance of the laboratory by CIP activities
- Lab team organization planning, setup and development
- Quality reporting
- Contact Window/interface with internal/external customer
- Develop local out-source laboratory support to enlarge lab capability
Managerial Functions:
- Set-up Laboratory organization (Physical, Reliability, Chemical, SEM/FIB, Mini-assembly)
- Implementation shift plans
- Leadership, motivation and encouragement of lab staff
- Define job content, initiate and provide necessary training and assure continuous qualification of lab staff
- Set priorities and assure execution of commitments with lab staff
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile:
- Technical background (Bachelor +), experience in manufacturing(electronic or semiconductor) industry preferred
- Experience with laboratory setup and development would be preferred
- Experience in quality standards and management systems
- Works independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skill
