Position Summary: Expert in the circuit design, analysis, test and trouble-shoot of small household appliance. Review the software and share the comments. Need to follow up the whole process from design to Mass Production for new project of the whole EP category models.
Responsibilities:
? Work with Design team and Engineering team to select the most suitable control method for the new project.
? Review and evaluate circuit of household appliance. be aware of the deficiency and know how to improve it.
? Review and evaluate software of household appliance control system, be aware of the deficiency and know how to improve it.
? Build the flow chart of the software based on the detail requirement of the new project.
? Work together with PCBA supplier to select the most suitable Algorithm.
? Be good at defects analysis and troubleshooting to provide Analysis Report with root cause and solutions.
? Test the PCBA (the voltage and current or signal waveform for each critical net) see if it can meet the requirement of the product performance and safety.
Experience:
? At least 10 years of work experience in software design for household appliance control system.
? Familiar with the software design with C programming language and Assembly language.
Functional Skills/Knowledge
?· Knowledgeable in hardware and wiring designs for household appliances
· Knowledge of electrical standards - SAE, IEC, DIN, NEC, UL.
Education/Certifications/Affiliations
?· Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or related degree
· Good level of understanding with written and spoken English
