Responsibilities:
-Investigate and execute VA/VE initiatives
-Plan and achieve cost saving budget. Produce regular progress reports
-Direct and take part in weekly VA/VE meetings
-Ensure team follows SOP’s and ensure all ECN’s are approved
-Support factories and International team with VA/VE initiative updates and communication

Requirements:
-At least 5 years’ experience in small home electrical appliance as Design Engineer / Project Engineer
-Good experience with C BOM cost reviews
-Good communication skills and project management experience
-Good level of written and conversational English is required
-Skills of CAD software
