Responsibilities:
?Review and approve UI flow to make sure software requirement was clearly defined.
?Work with cross functional team to review the effectiveness of UI flow from consumer point of view to make sure there is no annoying logic.
?Create software test plan matrix & test case based on software spec.
?Guide/execute software verification test at suppliers, DQTP and PSI.
?Review software test report from supplier, DQTP and PSI.
?Work with team to ensure software submission as per expectation before EB start.
?Follow and track the software issues by VSR system and make sure issues were closed effectively.
?Work with team to run risk evaluation to identify the risk of software by failure mode evaluation and make sure all the software risks were mitigated before PP.
?Work with team to implement software improvement activities during sustaining phase and make sure the effectively verification of software.
?Build up software quality management process by using PDCA methodology during product NPD/NPI/Sustaining phase.
?Review and continually improve software verification process at Sub-suppliers, DQTP and PSI side.
?Learns learnt management of software issues。
Position Requirements/ Experience:
?At least 8 years work experience in embedded system software verification test.
?Good knowledge of software development and verification process of electronics control system.
?Good knowledge and experience of hardware/software interactions related to embedded control system.
?Regularly creates, executes, and supervises software test plans.
?Good experience on error checking techniques.
?ISTQB certified (Preferred).
?Knowledge of CMMI or ASPICE.(preferred)
?Good English reading & writing skills.
?Good coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
?Demonstrated high level of engagement and self-motivation
?Demonstrated decision making capability: use logic and insight to solve Quality System problems and create effective solutions.
?Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
