We are looking for an experienced Planning and Sales Operations Senior Advisor/Consultant to join our team; the position is based in XMN China.
This candidate will develop, manage and drive the APOS (After Point of Sale) Services business management system (BMS) and planning process. Major KPIs include Services revenue, margin, and Conversion Rate & growth in APJ. The individual will be responsible for the development of a robust and scalable Services framework that supports performance metrics for daily operational management and strategic analytical insights.
The candidate will also be engaging in and managing a number of strategic projects and initiatives aligned to the overall objectives of the organization. He or she will be responsible for sales contest/SPIFF, sales performance stack ranking, winning culture (for example reward/recognition management) and effective workforce. The role reports to the APJ Sales Director and will work very closely with APJ APOS Sales Managers, and global/local BI/BA team.

Qualification
-3yrs+ BA/BI or Sales Operational role with strong business sense
-Fluent in English (all aspects, speak/listen/read/write) as this person will need to interlock with global/English speaking members frequently
-Strong business acumen, exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking abilities.
-Excellent interpersonal skills are a given, as is the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders in different operational areas.
-Preferred candidates with sales or sales management experience, IT experience and/or MBA graduate
