Key Responsibilities
1.Leading and delivering the Revenue forecasted target with alignment of the wider company goals and objectives and building and implementing a strategy for continual success
2.Managing weekly, quarterly & bi-yearly pipeline/outlook forecast
3.Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members.
4.Working with your account teams to ensure the best route to market is always available via online or partner management
5.Build and maintain a balanced mix of new and existing business across portfolio of products & services to maximise new business opportunities
6.Build awareness of current market & work with marketing team to deliver specific campaigns to drive awareness and increase market share.
7.Using and maintaining the company wide CRM system
Essential Requirements
1.8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience/leadership experience.
2.In-depth understanding of customer/industry climate
3.High level knowledge IT industry & Public knowledge desirable
4.Demonstrable track record of success either within same/similar industry or with easily transferrable skillset with the highest levels of integrity
5.Great communicator with an innate ability to ensure that account teams always retain long-term focus
6.Ability to capably articulate from the break-room to the boardroom
7.Overwhelmingly positive outlook with ability to manage change successfully
Desirable Requirements
1.Degree Educated with sales success working in an IT focused software or advertising company
2.Demonstrable success in selling/leading enterprise solutions to corporate clients throughout the UK
3.An advanced thinker who has a thirst for knowledge and continued personal development
4.Comfortable collaborating with channel partners to deliver sales and implementation services.
