Key objectives
1.To develop business project via acquiring National Key Accounts (Retail chains) from listed industries:
Groceries / Supermarkets,
Shopping malls,
Restaurants chains, Fast food, Coffee shops,
Sports, Clothes, Lingerie,
Cosmetics / Beauty, SPA saloons,
Toys / Baby care,
Transportation / Taxi, Fuel,
Cinemas, KTV, Internet café,
2.The task in the first 3-6 months aimed mainly at acquisition of new Key Accounts partners through offering them the new project with a unique financial product. Necessary to have liaisons with decision makers within partners management level.
3.Responsibility for signing contract, planning and getting the sales results, developing the distribution sales network and keeping the business relationship with Key Accounts.
4.Achievement of sales plan as agreed with line management on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
Duties and responsibilities
1.Acquire selected key accounts from various retail industries across China. Market potential and competitor analysis and preparation of business plan.
2.Establish professional & effective relationship with key personnel in assigned Key Accounts for developing successful business.
3.Setting and deploying tailored made strategy for Key Accounts, understanding decision making process/decision makers identification at Key Accounts.
4.Key interface between Key Accounts & HCC including relevant divisions. Issues and problems solving and prevention that they repeat.
5.Clear strategy and KPI set up/ sales plans / promotions activities plans for Key Accounts according to company strategy. Regular sales results monitoring, making analysis, improvement action plans execution. Correction steps undertaking if needed.
6.Support RSD with management and negotiations with Key Accounts on regional level.
7.Support HQ KAM on regional / province level.
8.Collection, evaluation, reporting & follow up suggestions for improvement & market research and competitors analysis.
Requirements
Education/Experience:
1.College or university degree or above (economics, finance, marketing, management, lawyer, retail, engineering)
2.Knowledge of sales and marketing and specially KA management in finance area or experience in building and leading the distribution sales networks, cooperation with Partners, ideally in corporate or consumer finance sector or in consumer goods retail (FMCG, or financial products – credit banking, insurance, etc.) – not must
3.International experience is an advantage.
4.Good command of English and advanced PC user especially in Excel, Word Power point programs.
5.Experienced in presentations and negotiations on high level required and Business style appearance.
