Description:
Two complementary responsibilities combined into a single role to maximize resource use. Process responsibilities include mapping existing and future Private Brand processes and RASCI. Superuser responsibilities include planning and performing UAT, delivering local training, and serving as ongoing system administrator and system SME.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Private Brand organization and processes
Organizational skills and process mapping know how
Ability to easily learn technology systems
Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Mapping “as is” and “to be” processes for Private Brands (e.g. product development processes)
Reviewing to Business Requirement Document (BRD) to ensure system will meet market needs
Develop and lead UAT testing process
Lead internal and external training sessions
Serve as ongoing system administrator and expert (continues beyond system Go-Live)
