Job Summary
職位概要:
This role is mainly responsible for planning and prioritizing manufacturing operations to ensure maximum capacity performance and minimum delay, coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products and determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Be capable to optimize the production procedures to ensure the produced on time in a profitable manner.
The excellent problem-solving skill and advanced coordination skill are highlighted useful for this role.

Job Responsibilities

Work Order Planning and issue:
工單計劃和下發:
Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacturing plan: draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each task or work order to meet the milestone target according to the project plan.
制作生產計劃:為符合項目相關的目標,擬定主生產計劃,確定制造任務或者工單的順序和交期。
Analyzes material request, plant capacity data and performs MRP calculations to determine resource requirements.
分析物料需求,工廠能力數據并執行MRP計算,用于確定項目總體的資源需求
Review capacity planning for accurate scheduling of forecast by balancing current and future customer demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities to ensure completion of customer requirements.
通過平衡客戶的需求現狀和趨勢狀況,并協調制造及供應商的表現能力,來制定產能計劃,確保計劃的準確性且完成客戶需求。
Operate the ERP system to create Work Order and release to technicians.
使用ERP系統建立生產工單并下發至技術員處
Work with Supply Chain team to make sure parts on time feed to production line.
與供應鏈團隊協作確保零部件準時到位以保障生產順利進展
Manufacturing Coordination:
生產協調:
Production sequence management with IE, arrange technician’s task align with building plan
和工藝工程師共同進行生產工藝和順序的管理,根據生產計劃合理安排技術員的工作任務
Work order on time finish and apply to Quality inspection
工單按時關閉并申請檢驗
ERP track with finance.
在ERP系統內保持與財務部的良好協作
Coordinate any changes and communicate with Procurement, logistic and the Quality department.
協調任何可能發生或已發生的變化,并積極與采購,物流及質量部門溝通,以期找到應對方案。
Confers with department manager to determine status of assigned tasks.
協助部門經理確定分配任務的執行情況
Manage the material/parts on site.

Key User on ERP/MRP system

Program management skill is preferred

Basic Qualification:
職位基本要求:
5 years or above relative working experience.
5年以上相關工作經驗,
Bachelor degree of engineering or above.
工科相關專業本科以上學歷
Assembly and test manufacturing company work experience.
