職位描述
職責描述:
?Engage in defining product strategic planning development and cascade global strategy to GC region.
?Develop various sales tools incl. applications, different aerial work technologies analysis and etc.
?Take the lead with new product launch incl. internal launch package and external launch activities.
?Be an expert in challenging and staying competitive with other product contenders.
?Train sales team on product benefits from customer perspective and applications.
?Benchmark competitive features and benefits on similar existing competitive models.
?Work with marketing communication TMs to develop literatures and training materials.
?Coordinate the training and training materials needed for the service team.
?Must be able to promote and demonstrate products in a sales situation.
?Guide, train and support the sales team effort from the top management level of the customer base to guide rental front line sales team.
?Performs other duties as assigned.
任職要求:
?5+ work experience of product marketing or technical job which close to market and customers.
?Both business level and technical knowledge of products advantages and applications.
?Good character to work with team and communicate with other department TMs.
?Aerial Work Platform knowledge and work experience is preferred.
?Fluent English skills in writing and verbal communication.
?Well-developed problem solving skills.
?Requires strong time management skills.
