工作職責/Job Description:
- 實施營銷戰略與解決方案,提升企業經營業績
- 計劃并監控管理銷售業績,達成銷售目標
- 挖掘并響應客戶潛在需求,維護良好客戶關系
- 為客戶提供產品與服務的相關建議,幫助客戶達成業績目標
- 技術及商業談判,促進雙方就銷售合同達成一致
- 完成預定服務指標,涉及交付、查詢、投訴、售后服務。與客戶保持聯絡,監控每位銷售人員以及整體的客戶滿意度,必要時提供適當的補救措施
- 維護管理已接收銷售建議書的客戶,及時了解并解決客戶需求和問題,以達成銷售合同的最終簽署
任職要求:
- 本科以上學歷或同等級以上專業資格證書
- 金融支付解決方案相關領域資深經驗
- 3-5年以上銷售經歷背景
- 高度職業化,能妥善協調處理內外部關系
- 責任心強,適應能力強,具備相關領域的行業認證
- 良好的人際交往和團隊管理技巧
- 良好管理能力的業務能力
- 能夠準確把握客戶需求,維護良好客戶關系
- 善于處理工作壓力及危機
