職責描述:
制定有效的招聘計劃和策略,達到相應工作規定的招聘目標。(時間、成本、質量)
與人力資源經理協作通過審查和闡明工作的規定、要求、能力以及技能等各種方面去尋找合適的候選人。
通過不同的渠道尋找應聘者,如招聘廣告、獵頭公司、求職網站以及招聘會。
初步篩選求職者,結合簡歷和資格證書等決定候選人,與人力資源經理協商安排面試。
參與面試的全過程和部分環節,包括薪資溝通、員工背景調查、與人力資源業務伙伴協作以確保新員工的入職與任職培訓。
了解當前的就業市場趨勢, 并對主要的就業市場動向進行分析和總結。
開發新的招聘渠道如社交媒體、工作門戶和移動應用等,與大學合作伙伴緊密合作, 協調校園招聘工作, 提升公司品牌知名度。
任職要求:
人力資源相關的專業,全日制本科以上的學歷。
在IT領域有至少3年以上的工作經驗,熟悉招聘的基本流程以及招聘規則。
良好的溝通、協調、解決問題以及判斷能力。
能夠獨立完成工作,具有良好的團隊意識以及服務意識。
