崗位職責 Job Responsibilities:1.制定和實施學校網絡信息化工作規劃，擬定學校網絡信息化制度和標準并組織實施；Formulate and implement the university's information technology (IT) plan, establish IT policies and standards, and organize their implementation.2.管理學校網絡信息化建設預算，組織協調網絡信息化建設相關工作，實施預算績效評價；Manage the university's IT construction budget, organize, and coordinate related IT construction efforts, and carry out budget performance ****uations.3.管理學校網絡信息化團隊，培養并激勵團隊成員，領導團隊實現學校網絡信息化建設目標；Manage the university's IT team, train, and motivate team members, and lead the team towards achieving its IT construction goals.4.管理學校共享基礎數據庫，負責學校數據資源的配置使用和數據安全相關工作；Manage the university's shared basic database, allocate and utilize university data resources, and handle data security-related tasks.5.管理學校網絡及信息安全，組織開展信息化保密相關宣傳教育與能力提升培訓；Manage the university's network and information security, organize, and conduct IT confidentiality-related promotion, education, and capability enhancement training.6.持續提升學校信息化基礎設施建設水平，保證服務質量滿足校園用戶需求；Continuously improve the construction level of the university's IT infrastructure to ensure the service quality meets the needs of campus users.7.持續評估網絡信息化相關新技術的應用價值，引導學校在網絡信息化建設領域保持競爭力；Continuously assess the application value of new IT technologies, guiding the university to maintain competitiveness in the field of IT construction.8.完成學校領導交辦的其他任務。Complete other tasks as assigned by the university leadership.任職要求 Job Requirements:1.擁有計算機、通訊或相關專業的碩士及以上學位；Must have a master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.2.具備 10 年以上的 IT 工作經驗，5 年以上管理經驗；Must have more than 10 years of IT work experience, including at least 5 years in a management capacity.3.具有高校、科研院所、政府或大型企業 IT 工作經驗的優先考慮；Preference will be given to those with IT work experience in universities, research institutions, government, or large corporations.4.具有高校網絡、信息化建設統籌、設計、規劃能力；Must have the ability to coordinate, design, and plan university network and information technology infrastructure.5.有大型信息化信息化項目申報、管理、建設經驗；Must have experience in proposing, managing, and constructing large-scale informatization projects.6.有網絡、通訊、信息化團隊建設和管理經驗；Must have experience in building and managing networks, communication, and informatization teams.7.熟悉高校與政府相關部門及信息化組織機構的溝通機制；Must be familiar with the communication mechanisms between universities, government departments, and informatization organizations.8.具有出色的組織協調能力，以及優秀的溝通技巧；Must have excellent organizational and coordination skills, as well as superior communication abilities.9.綜合服務意識、創新意識及工作責任心強；Must have a strong sense of integrated service, innovation, and work responsibility.10.良好的英語書寫和口頭表達能力。Must have good English writing and oral communication skills. 此崗位需要英文面試+筆試

香港城市大學（簡稱港城大）作為香港高等教育的重要一員，致力與內地院校及科研機構拓展深入的合作關系。為貫徹落實《粵港澳大灣區發展規劃綱要》，深化粵港澳創新合作，港城大更將粵港澳大灣區的辦學計劃納入大學整體規劃之中，為優化大灣區高等教育布局結構、聚集高端人才、建設國際科技創新中心做出貢獻。港城大于2020年初與東莞市人民政府和東莞理工學院就合作辦學事宜達成共識并簽署了合作協定，擬在松山湖共同申辦成立一所具有獨立法人資格的合作辦學機構“香港城市大學（東莞）”[簡稱港城大（東莞）]。以合辦雙方優勢學科為基礎、結合粵港澳大灣區及國家產業發展需求，港城大（東莞）主要圍繞計算機科學、人工智能與數據科學、高端電子信息、生物醫學工程、智能制造、先進材料、新能源、土木與建筑工程及數字經濟等前沿領域開展辦學。港城大（東莞）將秉承港城大“教研合一”的辦學理念，引入港城大學術標準實現“兩校一質”，將“創新無限”作為立校引擎融入人才培養全過程，致力于培養具有國際競爭力的卓越人才。2022年6月，香港城市大學（東莞）獲教育部批準籌備設立。同年11月，香港城市大學（東莞）（籌）正式注冊成立，擔負起港城大（東莞）的籌建工作，現各項工作正在穩妥有序推進中。
