Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the Homeroom teachers and Leadership.在班主任和領導的指導下，協助學生的教育和社會發展。2. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Programmes for students, help monitor their progress and feedback to the form Homeroom teachers. 協助實施學生個人教育計劃，幫助監督他們的進度并向班主任反饋。3. Provide support for individuals and groups of students inside and outside the classroom. 為課堂內外的個人和學生群體提供支持。4. Undertake some teaching tasks with groups of students following plans as prepared by Homeroom teachers.按照班主任制定的計劃，與學生小組一起承擔一些教學任務。5.Assist class teachers in assessment and record keeping協助班主任進行評估和記錄。6.Support students with emotional/behavioural issues and help develop their social and personal skills.支持有情緒/行為問題的學生，幫助他們發展社交和個人技能。7. Encourage and support the skills of independence and self-reliance.鼓勵和支持獨立和自力更生的技能。8.
