Position Summary:
As the Inside Sales Representative for the Sales Team in China. You will be the initial point of contact for pre-sales customer inquiries and outbound prospecting, as well as to help field sales team in meeting and exceeding sales quotas by the following:

Responsibilities:
?Organize and maintain sales leads (telephone, web inquiries, association surveys), make regular outbound contact to existing and prospective customers (via telephone, email etc), gather market intelligence such as new product launches, funding status, initiate and increase their interest of specific product lines.
?Establish new customers and maintaining/growing existing customer accounts.
?Makes outbound contact to existing and prospective customers to identify sales opportunities, promote relevant marketing/sales promotional programs and initiate the sales process.
?Manage the entire sales process for specific products lines (e.g. NGS reagent business from the existing customers), accounts and/or sales opportunities below a defined dollar amount via phone and e-mail.
?Works collaboratively with all TAMs to meet and exceed sales quotas for a defined product line and/or sales territory.
?Provide updated company/product information to our dealers/partners on a regular basis (via DM, email etc).
?To gather and create marketing materials, product literature as needed for equipment sales or any other related materials as needed by Field Sales Team.
?To review contracts entered with customers pertaining to equipment and/or consumables sales and/or maintenance. To implement measures that will improve on consumables usage and maintenance.
?85% of the job scope is in-bound, and 15% of the job scope involves out-bound activities including but not limiting to new product launch initiation, exhibitions at key accounts, dealers’ seminars/meetings.

Requirements:
?Interest in Sales and Marketing, willingness to learn and expand related skills (certain experience required)
?Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and master highly technical concepts and articulate them well to others.
?Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
?Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customer personality types.
?Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
?Driven by challenges, strong can do attitude
?Good English skills
Education:
?Major in Biology/ Medical related is preferred

?審閱與客戶簽訂有關設備和/或消耗品和/或維護的合同,并執行可提高消耗品使用率以及維護效率的措施。
?85%的工作于辦公室內執行, 15%則涉及出差活動包括但不限于新產品推行, 客戶端的展覽或經銷商的研討會和/或會議。
